    Choose a story

    Pick pieces that belong together.

    Choose one complete printable first, then add a room or playset for a longer story. The Family House Collection is an easy first story.

    Print at 100%

    Match the paper in your printer.

    Select US Letter or A4, then choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialogue. Turn off “Fit to page”; it can change the scale of pieces that belong together. Cardstock makes dolls and tabs sturdier.

    Cut & play

    Cut slowly, then keep every piece.

    Cut on the solid outlines with adult help where needed. Fold tabs away from the doll only where the page shows them, then use the included envelope or a small box for storage.

Edges are missing

Match the PDF paper size to the paper loaded in your printer. Check the preview for missing tabs or edges before printing the whole set.

If 100% printing still clips a part, use another printer or report the affected page. Shrinking only that page can break the fit.

The clothes look too small

A 50 millimeter calibration line remains 50 at Actual Size; a 95 percent example shrinks it to 47.5 millimeters. 100% / Actual Size 50 mm Fit example: 95% 47.5 mm

Choose 100% or Actual Size for every page in the set. “Fit” may shrink the contents by a different amount on different printers.

If the PDF includes a calibration line, measure it after printing. Use the doll and clothes supplied together unless another fit is explicitly confirmed.

A tab came off

Cut the outside solid border, fold at the dashed line and keep the attached glue tab. Keep tab Main piece Solid: cut Dashed: fold

Cut around the outer boundary and keep attached tabs. Fold where the instructions mark a fold; decorative lines inside a piece are not cutting lines.

Glue only the tabs identified in the assembly steps. Clothing tabs usually fold behind the doll so the outfit can be changed.

Quick answers

Do I need special paper?
No. Regular printer paper works; 65–80 lb cardstock lasts longer for dolls and furniture.
Can I print in black and white?
Yes. Choose a Coloring download when it is offered, then add your own colors.
What if the pieces look too small?
Check that your printer is not set to “Fit to page” and print at 100% / Actual size.
Can I combine two different downloads?
Use the doll and clothes shown together in each printable unless the template page explicitly says that another pack fits. Different printable sets can use different cut and tab shapes.
