Do all paper-doll activities need glue?
No. Dress-up and story pieces can remain movable. Follow the selected pack’s instructions; matching worksheets may use glue after the answers have been checked.
How can I make the activity easier to start?
Offer one character or one matching board at a time. An adult can cut the pieces first, then let the learner choose, arrange and tell the story.
